Role Head- Cash Channels & Delivery

Location Mumbai

Job Details:


- To lead, execute, implement and deliver the functionalities on corporate internet banking channels to Corporate & Govt. clients across all digital platforms - Web portal, Mobile App, APIs, WhatsApp Banking, standard H2H, SFTPBlock-chain.


- To lead channel adoption, monetization for features and benchmarked with competition offering.


- Manage all the channel deployments & regression and sanity and track the high availability of the platform.


- To lead the development of bespoke customer specific solutions which can include customization of existing channels or development of client specific solutions

- To setup Standard Operational Processes and ensure the transaction processing is carried out seamlessly & monitoring is put in place


- Periodically benchmark the digital banking products with competition to ensure we provide cutting edge solution for our clients.

- To manage business requirement with adequate controls, engage technology team for the customization, understand and critically inspect the approach document shared by the development / vendor teams and work with multiple stakeholders to implement the product features.

- To ensure Risk Assessment & Control is implemented at the time of all developments to ensure EB Products are safe and secure for clients and the Bank

- Understand the expectation from Regulators (RBI/NPCI/CertINetc) on the Corporate Digital Banking security requirements with respect to Internet banking, API Banking, Mobile App and File Based solutions. Benchmark the prevailing controls in the Bank's system and identify the gaps effectively.

- Continuously engage with Risk, Cyber Security, Compliance & Technology teams to augment the controls to mitigate the risks in Digital Banking

- Certify the Channel Change Governance. Seek and implement new and improved methodologies of authentication, control and non-repudiation. Risk Assess the platforms periodically and ensure all risks stand mitigated.

- Engage with Fraud Monitoring and Surveillance teams implementing Preventive and Post facto controls as required and keep them updated periodically.

Must haves:


- Relevant experience in banks, Financial Institutions, Fintechs

- Keen understanding of Digital Banking, Regulatory guidelines, Processes, Risk and control

- Keen understanding of risks emanating in the cyberspace

- Excellent understanding of digital banking products

Years of Experience 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
