Job Title: Head Business Planning & Analysis

Designation: Head - BPA

Function: Finance

Education: C.A

Total Experience: 5 -7 years of post-qualification experience, 2 years + of business finance experience

2.Position Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide effective execution for Telecom Company Environment to ensure adherence to defined quality, performance, and SLA requirements.

3.Organizational Relationship

Reporting To -Business Finance Controller (AVP/VP)

Total number of employees supervised by you DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY

4. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1.Finance Analysis & Optimization:

- Drive path to profitability for the business by reducing the costs and eliminating any inefficiencies

- Monitoring product wise / segment wise / region wise performance vs targets

- Validation of various business cases - OPEX / CAPEX approvals

- Submission of business plans and monthly P&L forecast

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan basis underlying growth, Market data, Competition benchmarking in discussion with the business teams

- Monitoring of key KPIs through financial reports, variance analysis -

2. Risk & Control:

- Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to leadership to eliminate risks and leakages
