Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end business development strategy for client's across partnerships, sponsorships, gifting collaborations, and leadership programs.
- Own the sales pipeline - from identifying potential clients/partners to closing deals and relationship management.
- Build strong relationships with corporates, leadership teams, and ecosystem enablers to unlock new business and learning opportunities.
- Design and pitch compelling proposals and partnership decks aligned with client's values and offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences for partners and members.
- Represent client at events, roundtables, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.

- Business & Revenue
- Revenue Targets Achieved (monthly/quarterly)
- New Leads Generated & Conversion Rates
- Partnerships Signed (sponsorships, gifting, L&D, etc.)

Who You Are:
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or consultative B2B sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue in high-trust, relationship-driven environments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage with senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Passionate about women leadership, community-building, and meaningful collaborations.
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
