Job Summary:
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to spearhead our business growth and operations as we scale to a revenue target of - 100 crores by 2029.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales, operations, and team leadership within the staff augmentation or IT services industry.
- They will be responsible for revenue generation, operational efficiency, and building high performance teams across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a robust 5-year strategic growth plan to achieve - 100 crore cumulative revenue by 2029.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans, including quarterly and monthly targets for teams.
- Identify growth opportunities in emerging industries, markets, and geographies.
Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Drive end-to-end client acquisition strategies, focusing on high-margin, long-term contracts.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations for enterprise-level clients.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
- Set clear KPIs and provide regular feedback to align team efforts with organizational goals.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish and optimize processes for sourcing, staffing, and delivery to enhance efficiency.
- Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and improve client experiences.
- Monitor profitability, ensuring margins of $10/hour per resource are consistently achieved.
Financial Management:
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and cost controls to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Marketing and Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that position the company as a leader in staff augmentation.
- Publish thought leadership content and represent the company at industry events.
Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, operations, or leadership roles in the IT services, staff augmentation, or consulting industries.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses to significant revenue milestones (- 50 crores+).
Skills And Competencies:
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, operational models, and talent acquisition in the IT services sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in financial modeling and performance tracking.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira).
Education:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue Targets: Achieve or exceed the yearly revenue milestones (- 10 crores in 2025, - 30 crores in 2027, - 100 crores cumulative by 2029).
- Profitability: Maintain an average margin of $10/hour across all clients.
- Client Acquisition: Onboard X new clients per quarter with an average annual contract value (ACV) of - 1 crore+.
- Team Growth: Build and scale a team of 188+ billable employees by 2029
