Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries, building strong CXO-level relationships.
- Drive corporate tie-ups, strategic partnerships, and long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with the operations/delivery team to ensure seamless client experience.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BD and sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry insights to identify opportunities.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development within recruitment/HR services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and results.
