Job Title: Business Development - US Head (SEC Disclosure Management Solutions)

Our solutions empower clients to comply with evolving regulatory requirements seamlessly. We are seeking an experienced Business Development - US Head to drive our growth in the US market.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven sales leader with 18+ years of experience in business development and sales hunting, particularly in the US capital markets sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing channel partners, and selling disclosure management solutions to financial institutions and intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust business plan, sales strategy, and competitive analysis to capture market share in the US.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in US capital markets, private banks, mutual funds, credit unions, and stockbrokers.
- Drive direct-to-enterprise (D2E) sales while effectively managing channel partners and intermediaries such as audit firms, consulting firms, and brokerage agencies.
- Achieve a minimum sales target of $3 million in freshly acquired business annually.
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Utilize LinkedIn and outbound calling for lead generation and schedule client meetings.
- Travel extensively to the US for client meetings, partner discussions, industry events, and conferences.
- Understand client business needs, identify key decision-makers, and effectively communicate' value proposition.
- Use CRM tools to track sales performance and report key sales metrics on a periodic basis.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 18+ years of experience as a sales hunter, with a strong focus on US market sales.
- Experience selling disclosure management solutions or related financial services.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in business planning, sales strategy, and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with intermediaries such as audit firms, consulting firms, and brokerage agencies.
- Track record of closing high-value deals and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments, understand compliance trends, and develop proactive sales approaches.
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn, outbound calling, and networking for lead generation.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in CRM tools and reporting sales metrics.
- Willingness to travel extensively to the US for business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier institute or equivalent business qualification.
- Experience in global sales, with an emphasis on US sales.
- Experience working in the US or extensive business travel to the US.
- Education from a US institution (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid US B1/B2 visa (mandatory).
- Comfortable with US Shift
