Head - Retail Business Development & Projects-(Retail Leasing/ Space selling)

- We are looking for a senior sales professional responsible for establishing a retail presence in Malls, airports, and high streets in line with the brand positioning requirements at optimum cost.

- The position holder will also be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing the store layout as per prescribed norms.

Key Responsibilities :

Retail Expansion :

- Develop retail spaces in alignment with brand specifications and budget constraints.

- Identify strategic properties within malls or high streets, transforming them into ideal store launch venues within budgetary guidelines.

- Secure profitable expansion by negotiating favorable terms with landlords and mall developers, securing locations that offer the right size, location, and cost-effectiveness.

- Continuously update market mapping data to identify expansion prospects, ensuring timely market entry for cost efficiency and competitive advantage.

- Strategically map retail spaces according to current and projected needs.

- Maintain vigilance over competitors and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly.

- Conduct market research to forecast future retail spaces in promising markets, analyzing business potential and growth opportunities.

- Cultivate relationships with property owners and malls to identify potential marketplaces and facilitate expansion.

Retail Projects :

- To design stores/Shop N Shop as per specified format for Company/Franchisee/Distribution stores.

- Finalizing vendors (for company stores) and monitoring fit-out process and ensuring completion of project with quality, timeline, and given budget.

- Budgeting for new store fixtures and maintenance and adhering to the same.

- To appoint reliable, technically sound, and cost-effective vendors across the country for fit outs for new stores and maintenance of existing stores.

- New vendor development and keeping updated on new trends, Fixtures etc.
