Job Overview To manage and responsible for selling aluminium ingots to domestic clients, including manufacturers, wholesalers, and industrial buyers. This role involves developing strong relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment while maintaining market competitiveness.
Job Role:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers for aluminium ingot domestis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide technical information and product recommendations based on client requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination,
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand.
- Develop sales strategies to expand market share and improve revenue.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Client and Supplier Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to identify new opportunities and assess ongoing needs.
Skills / Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in in Business, Marketing, Metallurgy, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Minimum of 10 to 15 plus years experience in sales & marketing of Aluminium Ingot product.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of aluminium products, supply chain, and industry applications. Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
5. Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events.
