Bulk Sales - Head - North


Responsibilities:


- Responsible for the overall performance assigned region

- Coordination with HO, evaluating town, dealer potential & monitoring performance

- Ensuring implementation of trade promotions & various promotional activities below the line.

- Appointing the required manpower BDO in the assigned territory and monitoring their performance, and imparting training.

- Monitoring performance of ASM, BDOs & dealers

- Responsible for the overall performance assigned region

- Coordination with HO, evaluating town, dealer potential & monitoring performance

- Preparing ASM, BDO & and dealer-wise monthly volume plan

- Monitoring performance of ASM, BDO & Dealers and suggesting improvement

- Collecting competitor pricing & other information and sharing with HO

- Ensuring implementation of various trade schemes, promotional activities, new product launch, etc

- Taking part in the selection process of BDOs

- Liaisoning with dealers

- Monitoring stock and sales from depots.

- Ensuring the collection of the outstanding payment from dealers.

- Providing training to the field force and arranging monthly meetings.

- Reviewing monthly reports on primary sales and reviewing the impact of trade promotion

- Share Sales forecast for Plant & Depots every month

- Taking part in the selection process of BDOs
