Key Responsibilities:-
1 Sales Analytics & Insights:
- Develop and implement sales analytics frameworks to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales productivity, territory planning, and pricing strategies.
2. Forecasting & Performance Management:
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota setting for different business units and geographies.
- Work closely with sales leaders to monitor team performance, identify gaps, and optimize sales processes.
- Use predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue planning.
3. Reporting & Dashboards:
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time insights to sales teams and leadership.
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Present findings and insights to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
4. CRM & Data Management:
- Oversee the optimization and governance of sales data within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Drive CRM adoption and ensure seamless integration of sales data with other business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with IT & Data Engineering teams to enhance data quality and accessibility.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management-
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align analytics with business goals.
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies through data-driven insights on customer segmentation, pricing, and promotions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for customer retention and upselling.
Key Qualifications & Experience:-
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science preferably in a B2B/B2C sales-driven organization.
- Proven expertise in - sales performance management, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
- Strong proficiency in - SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with - CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)- and data warehousing.
- Solid understanding of - pricing models, market trends, and revenue optimization techniques
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience leading and mentoring analytics teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's in - Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field
- Experience in - FMCG, Retail, SaaS, or E-commerce is a plus.
- Knowledge of - AI/ML applications in sales forecasting is desirable.
