
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and execution of all maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and operational requirements.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, guide, and manage a high-performing planning team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate planning activities across all relevant departments, including production, training, and technical services, to ensure seamless operations.
- Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure full adherence to DGCA regulations and all aviation safety standards, serving as the ultimate authority on compliance within the planning function.
- Risk Management: Analyze operational risks and implement preventative and corrective planning solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of all planning processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance planning, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Aviation Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aviation compliance requirements and DGCA regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a related field, or a valid AME license.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of modern maintenance planning tools and systems.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
