
Description
- Manage all administrative operations, including vendor management and office facilities.
- Oversee head office, plant locations, warehouse and R&D centres across western India
- Oversee security protocols and ensure compliance with organisational and legal standards.
- Develop and implement policies to optimise the use of resources and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for office infrastructure and equipment.
- Supervise and manage security personnel and third-party services.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and control the administration budget effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on administration and security performance.
Profile
A successful Head Administration and Security should have:
- Experience managing large-scale facilities and security systems.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and legal requirements in facilities management.
- Proficiency in drafting and implementing policies and procedures.
