Overview


- The Head 3PL Operations role will be responsible for leading multi-client third-party logistics

operations across both company-owned and client-managed warehousing environments.


Experience


- This position requires a leader with approximately 1220 years of experience in core 3PL functions, especially overseeing multiple external client accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in warehousing, layout planning, solutioning, implementation, and exception management, together with hands-on experience engaging directly with client stakeholders.


Requirements


- E-commerce logistics expertise is essential, along with a highly agile and hands-on management style suited to high-pressure environments.


Ideal Candidate


- The preferred candidate will have advanced through roles in mid-sized, nimble logistics organizations and must be comfortable balancing strategic oversight with practical, on-ground execution.


Team Management


- The role will manage a sizeable team of around 50 full-time and 600 contractual staff through regional leads, overseeing both current operations and new account implementations.


Preferred Skills


- Cross-sector exposure (FMCG, retail, telecom, etc.) and demonstrable commercial acumen in solutioning and pricing are strongly preferred.
