Manage employee queries within defined TAT, identify process gaps, and suggest systematic fixes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, Finance, and leadership teams to provide program support and operational guidance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for compensation-related discussions.
Budget Monitoring:
- Support the tracking of C&B budgets and program expenditures, ensuring effective cost management and reporting.
Program Ownership & Policy Initiatives:
- Independently drive select C&B programs, policy revisions, or new initiatives from concept to execution.
- Continuously scan for best practices and propose enhancements to existing frameworks.
