This role involves optimizing operational efficiency, managing resources, and implementing business plans.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee Production, Quality, and Supply chain, Quality Control, Purchase and Logistics for manufacturing units in Vasai (E).

- Monitor all aspects of manufacturing & do Production Planning or Dispatch on rolling basis.

- Lead and mentor operational managers and teams.

- Implement and manage process improvements.

Reporting Protocols:

- Reports to the Founders.

- Directly supervises the Operations, Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality and logistics teams.

Authorities:

- Authority to implement operational changes and improvements.

- Authority to approve operational expenditures within the budget.

- Authority to hire and manage operational staff.
