Hard Rock Hotel Goa, a vibrant and dynamic destination in Calangute, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and contribute to the success of our renowned hotel.
Role Description:
As a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our sales operations, responsible for managing daily activities and executing strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve ambitious targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure individual and collective success.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborating seamlessly with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Market Analysis: Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in hotel sales within the hospitality industry is a must.
