Key Responsibilities:

Global & Indian Payroll Management:

- Oversee end-to-end global payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regional laws and company policies

- Partner with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

- Manage payroll reconciliations, adjustments, and audits to maintain data integrity.

Compliance and Auditing:

- Ensure payroll practices comply with local, national, and international regulations

- Prepare and review payroll audit reports and address discrepancies proactively.

- Stay updated with global payroll tax laws and statutory regulations.

Data and Reporting:

- Generate and analyze payroll-related reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.

- Provide actionable insights to management based on data trends and reporting metrics.

- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support budget planning and forecasting.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., Darwin Box or similar platforms).

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
