About the Role:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive D2C Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end order processes, ensuring timely dispatches, and handling returns and reconciliation efficiently. This role is based out of Mumbai and is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management:

- Oversee the complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.

- Ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders across D2C channels.

2. Dispatch Coordination:

- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all orders.

- Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments and minimize delays.

3. Returns and Delayed Order Management:

- Monitor and manage Return to Origin (RTO) cases, investigating reasons and reducing recurrence.

- Handle delayed orders, ensuring prompt resolution and communication with customers.

4. COD Reconciliation:

- Manage cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.

- Work with finance teams to track and verify COD payments and settlements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing D2C operations, including order fulfillment, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce processes, including RTO management and COD reconciliation.

- Proficiency in working with order management systems and logistics platforms.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with D2C tools and platforms.
