Role Overview:
As the D2C Growth Manager, you will be responsible for owning and scaling our direct-to consumer performance marketing and CRM efforts. You will play a key role in customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rate optimization, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver strong, measurable growth. This role requires the candidate to have 2-6 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, and / or eCommerce marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition (Paid Media):
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to reduce CAC and drive ROAS.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and media planning with performance targets in mind.
Customer Retention & CRM:
- Own the CRM calendar, creating lifecycle campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Set up and optimize marketing automation journeys using platforms like Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar.
- Leverage customer data for segmentation, personalization, and increasing CLTV.
Shopify & Conversion Optimization:
- Work with the Shopify site for campaign landing page creation, product optimization, and promotional flows.
- Collaborate with developers/designers to improve site experience and funnel efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse user behaviour using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics.
Qualifications & Key Capabilities:
- 2-6 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or eCommerce marketing.
- Proven track record of running acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and building retention automations.
- Basic working knowledge of Shopify (including apps, themes, and integrations).
- Strong analytical skills - able to use data to make decisions and drive insights.
- A self-starter with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous learning.
