
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation for US and Canadian entities
- Manage preparation of transfer pricing reports, local files, and master files in line with IRS and CRA requirements
- Support planning, implementation, and defence of transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions
- Coordinate with North American stakeholders and global teams on transfer pricing matters, audits, and inquiries
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with evolving transfer pricing rules
- Provide technical guidance and training to the GCC tax team
- Drive process improvements and best practices in transfer pricing workflow
Qualifications & Requirements
- CA, along with a CPA or equivalent preferred
- 6+ years of transfer pricing experience with US and Canadian regulations, ideally in a GCC, shared services, or Big 4 environment
- Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing rules, documentation, and compliance standards
- Proficient in tax/transfer pricing software and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised
- Experience with cross-border transactions and audit defence is an advantage
