Key Responsibilities -
- Lead, manage, and mentor an FP&A team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
- Oversee and review team outputs in financial statement analysis, budgeting/forecasting, contract analysis, consolidated reporting, and benchmarking
- Guide preparation of business plans, MIS decks, KPI reports, and board presentation materials
- Supervise research briefs on GAAP (US GAAP/IFRS/Indian Standards), compliance, industry benchmarks, M&A, and funding deals
- Automate and optimise FP&A processes, controls, and reporting using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, including those from international backgrounds
- Foster a process-oriented, organised, and collaborative team culture
Qualifications & Requirements -
- CA with additional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years' experience with at least 3+ years in FP&A, with proven team leadership and people management skills
- Strong technical knowledge of financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting
- Expertise with analytical techniques, Excel (including Power Query), Power BI, and automation of FP&A activities in sync with a development team
- Experience in preparing business plans, MIS/KPI reports, and research briefs on finance-related topics
- Familiarity with GAAP (US GAAP/IFRS/Indian Standards), compliance, and industry benchmarking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience working with senior management and international teams
- Highly organised, process-driven, and proactive in driving team and project success
