Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic Growth Program Manager to oversee academic program execution, student engagement, and event planning, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of academic programs, coordinating with multiple departments.

- Handle student communication, records, and assignment submissions.

- Plan and execute workshops, Demo Days, networking events, and official ceremonies.

- Organize Investor Connect (IC) meetings, coordinating with VCs and student startups.

- Optimize program processes, drive engagement with mentors and industry leaders.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3-6 years of experience in program management, operations, or events.

- Experience in EdTech, startup accelerators, or academia is a plus.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in LMS platforms, CRM tools, and Google Suite.
