Responsibilities:
- Build and monitor product funnels using platforms like Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, and more.
- Identify drop-offs, run experiments, and fix them with urgency.
- Define and track key growth KPIs: conversion %, activation %, retention %, and MRR from existing users.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate Meta Pixel, Google Pixel, Firebase, and all relevant event tracking for ad platform optimisation.
- Own all product and marketing touchpoints, from ad click to payment success.
- Ideate and run A/B tests to optimise growth funnels.
- Optimize copy, design, flows, nudges, and UX elements for better conversion.
- Constantly improve onboarding, subscription flows, and engagement systems.
- Design and own push notification journeys, email flows, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Segment users smartly and automate re-engagement and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate deeply with tech, design, data, marketing, and sales teams.
- Translate growth hypotheses into structured product requirements.
- Manage growth product sprints with clarity and urgency.
Requirements:
- You have 3-4 years of experience in growth/product roles in fast-paced startups.
- You can talk to users, get insights, and turn them into product changes.
- You're a numbers nerd - you look at funnels and instantly see what's broken.
- You've shipped fast, tested fast, failed fast, and grown fast.
- You know your way around product analytics, tech, and product experimentation.
- You have a strong product sense and can work seamlessly across design, tech, and marketing.
