Role: Growth Marketing Lead

Location: Bangalore

We are currently retained by a leading FinTech startup to hire a Growth Marketing Lead for them.

We are looking for a growth-driven marketing leader who thrives on building performance-led, full-funnel strategies across digital and offline channels.

This role will lead high-impact campaigns, scale performance channels, and fuel user acquisition at high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead integrated campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and user acquisition.

- Manage multi-channel media plans (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with strong focus on ROI, CPL, CPA, MQL/SQL.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams.

- Own growth analytics and continuously optimize underperforming channels.

- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

To Fit the bill, you must have:

- 8-12 years of experience in growth/performance marketing (preferably SaaS/tech/startups).

- Data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on campaign execution skills.

- Experience managing budgets and scaling integrated marketing programs.

- Strong leadership skills with a test-learn-scale mindset.
