Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, influencer, referral, partnerships).
- Optimize the marketing funnel - from awareness to conversion to retention.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to identify scalable growth tactics.
- Work closely with the product team to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Leverage analytics & data tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to track KPIs, customer journey, and campaign ROI.
- Drive content and community initiatives to build brand visibility and engagement.
- Explore new channels & trends (AI-driven marketing, growth loops, automation).
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize CAC-to-LTV ratio.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in growth marketing/digital marketing/performance marketing (2-6+ years depending on role level).
- Strong knowledge of paid & organic acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Influencer, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Experience in running experiments and scaling successful growth campaigns.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel optimization, and retention strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/SQL skills preferred.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
