About the Role
Are you ready to make a food brand soar across Quick Commerce and E-commerce channels?
Were looking for a Digital Growth Manager whos part strategist, part creative, and all about data-driven performance.
Youll lead the charge in boosting visibility, optimizing budgets, and turning analytics into actionable insights that fuel our digital growth engine.
What Youll Be Doing
- Strategically allocate and manage digital marketing budgets across Quick Commerce & E-commerce platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.)
- Think beyond the usual come up with innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to expand brand presence both on and off platforms.
- Launch, optimize, and scale high-ROI performance marketing campaigns that drive real growth.
- Build and nurture visibility partnerships with platform partners, using creative and unconventional tactics.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with precision using data to break plateaus and guide decisions.
- Own campaign dashboards, KPIs, and insights, crafting compelling stories through numbers.
- Collaborate closely with content, sales, and product teams for holistic, 360 campaign planning.
- Constantly experiment run A/B tests, explore new channels, try format experiments to continuously improve results.
What You Bring to the Table
- Master's in any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with consumer brands or FMCG.
- Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing across key platforms like Google, Meta, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and others.
- Strong analytical skills youre an Excel/Sheets wizard comfortable building dashboards and extracting insights.
- A creative mindset capable of turning straightforward briefs into bold, attention-grabbing campaigns.
- A bias for action and a hustlers mentality, with a passion for food brands that genuinely care about their customers
