Growth Lead - GTM
About the Role
- Were looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader to join the Founders Office and spearhead customer acquisition and growth. This is a high-impact role where youll design and execute GTM strategies to onboard micro and small businesses already running their operations on WhatsApp.
- The role demands a unique mix of hustle and strategy - from hitting the ground, calling and meeting business owners directly, to building scalable sales playbooks, funnels, and partnerships that can power rapid adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the GTM strategy for acquiring micro and small businesses across sectors (retail, services, food, fashion, etc.)
- Build and scale a repeatable sales funnel through outreach, direct selling, and grassroots initiatives
- Educate and convert business owners, articulating the platforms value proposition in simple, high-impact ways
- Forge partnerships with local associations, communities, and influencers to accelerate adoption
- Act as the customers voice - gather insights, share feedback, and work closely with product/tech to sharpen productmarket fit
- Collaborate with the founder and core team to align GTM execution with product roadmap and scaling milestones
What Were Looking For
- Ex-Founder / Ex-Cofounder experience (preferred)
- A hustler mindset - hands-on, comfortable with calls, meetings, and ground-level execution
- Ability to think strategically and scale operationally - turning grassroots hustle into structured GTM processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Based in Bangalore or open to relocate
