Role Overview:

- We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Growth Head to lead performance marketing, customer retention, brand partnerships, and special projects that shape Company's omnichannel journey.


- This role demands a growth hacker mindset, balancing data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Growth (D2C, Marketplaces & Q-Commerce)

- Own and optimize performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplaces.

- Oversee agencies managing paid ads, affiliate campaigns, and remarketing efforts, ensuring efficiency in CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.

- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user behavior insights.

2. CRM & Retention Marketing (Loyalty & Repeat Purchases)

- Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing via WhatsApp, email, SMS, and push notifications.

- Implement loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and repeat purchase strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).

- O2O (Offline to Online) Management: Optimize WhatsApp commerce to seamlessly transition retail customers to online platforms.

3. Customer Service & Reputation Management

- Oversee customer support operations, ensuring a seamless high-quality experience across channels.

- Manage Google listings, online reviews & ratings across platforms (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Google My Business, etc.).

- Develop strategies to increase positive customer engagement and feedback loops.

4. Brand Partnerships

- Identify and execute high-impact brand collaborations with lifestyle, home dcor, gifting brands etc.

- Lead co-marketing campaigns with marketplace and quick commerce platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, and Zepto.

5. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor a high-performance team, including Marketing Executive and Customer Support Executive.

- Manage external agencies and vendors for performance marketing, CRM, and brand partnerships.

What We're Looking For?

- 6-9 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer brands, D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or home dcor.

- Proven expertise in performance marketing and retention marketing

- Strong analytical mindset-ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive growth.

- Entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Ability to balance creativity with performance marketing metrics.

- Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
