A science-first personal care startup, backed by top investors and led by founders with multiple successful exits, is looking for a Growth Head to drive its journey from pre-launch scale.

Role Highlights:

- Location: Hyderabad

- Reports directly to the Founder

What youll do:

- Own revenue & P&L across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce

- Lead performance marketing (Meta/Google), CRM, retention & funnels

- Scale marketplace presence with smart assortment, listings & promos

- Build & lead a 5-member growth team

- Partner with brand, product & ops to align growth with execution

What were looking for:

- 4-6 years in D2C / e-commerce growth (personal care, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred)

- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing & CRM

- Proven track record of owning and scaling P&L

- Hustle to thrive in early-stage, high-intensity setups
