Mandatory (Core skills) - Expertise in mobile app analytics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, growth experimentation, customer insight generation, marketing automation tools, and dashboarding for KPI visibility.

App Growth & Acquisition-
- Drive new user acquisition through performance marketing, app store optimization, and partnerships.
- Analyze app download metrics and identify opportunities to scale footprints.
Engagement Strategy-
- Develop engagement strategies to increase app stickiness and time spent.
- Leverage analytics to understand which products/features are most viewed and optimize accordingly.
Retention & Conversion-
- Implement strategies to reduce app uninstall rates.
- Drive conversion funnel from first interaction to transaction/business impact.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting-
- Track, measure, and report KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Benchmark against top apps (fintech, e-commerce, lifestyle) like Navi, CRED, Paytm, Porter, Myntra.
Leadership & Team Management-
- Lead and mentor a team of 15, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams.
