About the role:
We are looking for a Growth Leader to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our e-commerce business. This role requires a tech-driven mindset to ensure our app and digital ecosystem are optimized for seamless consumer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in growth strategy, user experience, and product-led growth. As a key leader, you will work across marketing, product, tech, and analytics teams to scale our small-ticket-size transactions efficiently and foray into new market strategies through digital user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the tech and product teams to ensure the platform is optimized for a seamless consumer experience.
- Leverage data, automation, and AI-driven insights to personalize user journeys and increase conversions.
- Work with marketing and performance teams to optimize paid and organic acquisition channels.
- Develop and implement growth loops, referral programs, and viral marketing strategies to drive organic growth.
- Optimize onboarding flows, checkout processes, and customer touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
- Track and analyze key growth metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, and Appsflyer or similar tools.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure fast-loading, mobile-friendly, and scalable tech infrastructure.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must-have: 6-12 years of experience in growth, product management.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with growth analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.).
- Proven ability to work with tech, product, and marketing teams to drive user-centric growth.
- Experience in optimizing app-based e-commerce businesses, particularly for small-ticket-size sales.
- Data-driven mindset with some proficiency in SQL, Python, or analytics platforms for decision-making.
- Knowledge of AI-driven recommendations, personalization, and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
