Role : Growth and Revenue Manager.
Client : Luxury marketplace platform.
Exp : 5+ Years.
CTC : 25 LPA.
Location : Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Sales.
- Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget and achieve P&L goals.
- Daily and monthly sales planning and delivery.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, Upsell, Cross sell and other KPI's.
- Plan and execute campaigns and manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and revenue , including partnerships, influencer marketing and referral programs.
