Core Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation from the accounts closed thorough Merchant relationship building & periodic follow-ups.
- Work with merchants & their agents to identify pains & pass on feedback to product & tech.
- Onboard & Nurture merchants in Premium Financing Segment.
- Work with internal teams & risk to reduce rejection rates and drops offs.
- Get a higher share of the merchant's customers by relationship building.
- Make quarterly business plans with merchants and show the forecast of what we can achieve.
- Cross sell and upsell.
Preference and Experience:
- Personified professional and Proficient in communication.
- Capable of managing the merchant grievances, queries & issues.
- Will need to travel frequently to merchant locations.
- Flexible to be responsive over the weekends.
- Strong command over data fetching and analysis.
- Preferred experience as Key Account Manager in Insurance / BFSI / Payment Gateway companies.
