Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with leadership to ensure a strategic approach to fulfilling hiring requirements.
- Pipeline Management Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience:
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and transparency.
- Provide feedback to candidates promptly and professionally.
Employer Branding:
- Drive employer branding strategies to position the company as a preferred employer in the industry.
- Organize or participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives to attract diverse talent.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR functions, preferably in industries like Retail, SaaS, or FinTech.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR) will be advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using modern recruitment tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from recruitment data.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and social media recruitment.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance standard
