GrowExx - Senior Product Owner - B2B/B2C/Pesales

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value features.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to align product development with market demands.

- Support pre-sales activities by providing product expertise, preparing demos, and responding to RFPs and client inquiries.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements.

- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product.

- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in B2B and B2C domains.

- Demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales processes and collaborating with sales teams.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
