Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and compliance.

- Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals and support a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

- Oversee talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring effective employer branding and sourcing strategies.

- Implement and manage performance management systems and employee development programs.

- Drive HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, retention, and engagement.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational growth and transformation.

- Foster a positive employee experience through initiatives around engagement, recognition, and communication.

- Mentor and guide junior HR professionals, building a strong and responsive HR team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the IT or Tech sector.

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, managing teams and working closely with senior leadership.

- Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and data-driven HR decision-making.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA in HR preferred).

- HR certifications like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar are a plus
