The Role

This is more than a product management role; it's a leadership position designed to be the heart and soul of our product function. We are looking for a seasoned Group Product Manager (GPM) to elevate our product team from a "feature factory" to a strategic, outcome-driven engine of growth.

Core Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

- Champion the "Why": Constantly articulate and embed the strategic purpose behind product initiatives, ensuring they align with our core mission of empowering MFDs and their clients.

- Drive the Product Roadmap: In partnership with the CPTO, translate high-level business goals and strategic direction into a coherent, metric-driven product roadmap. You will own the process of building strong, data-backed hypotheses to inform how the team achieves these strategic objectives.

- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Identify and lead bold, experimental product initiatives that have the potential for step-change growth.

You know what it takes to turn an idea into a product and a product into a business.

- Senior Product Leadership: You have 8-10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading product teams and shipping impactful products in a senior role (GPM, Director, or Head of Product).

- Deep Domain Expertise: You have a profound understanding of the wealth management landscape in India. You understand the nuances of DIY vs. assisted models and have a strong conviction in the power of financial advisors. You believe that mutual funds are a cornerstone of retail investing.
