Group Product Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of talented product managers and own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key verticals. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that solve real user problems at scale, with clear outcomes on growth, revenue, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple product lines or domains.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers, ensuring clarity of goals, high-quality execution, and individual growth.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful products that drive measurable results.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions; own key metrics like adoption, retention, conversion, NPS, and revenue growth.
- Build business cases, define OKRs, and track product performance post-launch for continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify product gaps, user pain points, and new opportunities balancing innovation with delivery.
- Drive product rituals: discovery workshops, sprint planning, prioritization frameworks (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW), and stakeholder reviews.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to keep the product ahead of the curve.
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, clearly communicating product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of overall product management experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership or Group Product Manager role.
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products (preferably in SaaS, B2B, consumer internet, or fintech).
- Strong strategic thinking, user empathy, and an analytical mindset; comfortable navigating both 10,000-ft vision and ground-level execution.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, user research, A/B testing, and product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across functions.
- Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering; a background in CS or engineering is a plus.
