Role: Group Lead - GBS PMO, Strategy & Execution

Experience: 14 - 16 Years

CTC Budget: Fixed: 50 - 71 LPA + Variable 35%

Location: Ahmedabad (work from office)

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operations, transformation, and business performance? My client is looking for a Group Lead - PMO, GBS Strategy & Execution to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across our Global Business Services organization. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, governance routines, and key performance programs that directly align with organization's global vision for shared services success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with GBS leadership to develop 1Y/3Y strategic plans using the OKR framework

- Management Systems: Lead execution of Org aligned GBS routines (e.g., MPRs, OKR reviews, KPI dashboards)

- Supplier Governance: Drive SLA, credit tracking, and risk management across GBS supplier contracts

- Target Setting: Own the MBO setting process and performance tracking across teams

- Cross-Functional Program Management: Lead and deliver GBS-wide support projects from initiation to closure

- Governance & Communication: Oversee Landlord model governance, internal communication strategy, and GBS branding

Ideal Candidate:

- Tier 1 College MBA preferred

- Strong experience in strategic planning, operations, and stakeholder management

- Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives, KPIs, and enterprise governance

- Familiarity with OKRs, MPRs

- Experience in shared services (GBS) environments is a strong plus

- Experience in FMCG/CPG - GCC/GBS is great to have

- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills
