Group Head - Security

Group Head - Security | Delhi / NCR | CTC: Up to - 2 Cr (including variables)

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead the Security function across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

Role Overview:

The Group Head - Security will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and leading crisis response across all business verticals and geographies.

This senior leadership role demands strong expertise in corporate security management, stakeholder engagement, and integration of modern security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive organization-wide security strategy and SOPs.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analysis.

- Oversee physical security, electronic surveillance, access control, and emergency response.

- Lead crisis management protocols (fire, theft, terrorism, disasters, etc.).

- Manage outsourced security vendors, technology partners, and in-house teams.

- Implement AI-driven and IoT-enabled security solutions.

- Engage with law enforcement agencies and internal stakeholders.

- Manage budgets and deploy resources effectively.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Senior professional, preferably retired Armed Forces / Police Services (Brigadier / Colonel / DIG level or above).

- 20+ years of professional experience, including 8-10 years in leadership roles handling multi-location security operations.

- Strong knowledge of laws, compliance, and security best practices.

- Expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and modern security technology.

- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in real estate, commercial complexes, retail, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
