2. Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for CXO-level and senior leadership roles
- Oversee strategic hiring for PMS and AIF businesses (team heads, investment professionals, functional leaders).
- Build strong talent pipelines for future leadership needs.
3. Performance & Organizational Development:
- Set up and institutionalize systems for half-yearly and annual appraisals employees.
- Design frameworks for performance reviews, career progression, and succession planning across the group.
- Partner with business and functional heads to align HR standards with business goals.
- Support internal mobility and leadership development across entities.
4. Employee Relations & Governance:
- Manage employee dissatisfaction proactively and ensure structured resolution processes.
- Lead investigations into employee complaints, including POSH-related matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

5. HR Governance & Policies:
- Draft and establish group-level HR policies, covering hiring norms, code of conduct, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with AMC Head of HR to ensure policies are implemented appropriately within the AMC.
- Advise leadership and the Board on HR governance and best practices.
6. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Ensure all HR policies comply with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, POSH Act, and labour regulations applicable to group entities.
- Provide oversight on governance aspects of compensation, employee transitions, and Board-level HR reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in financial services, preferably in SEBI or RBI regulated organizations.
- Demonstrated success in CXO and leadership hiring.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategies and policies.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with regulatory HR compliance in financial services.
