Manager - Sales
Job Description:
- Manager will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Client stakeholders
- Proven track record of selling IT services to Medium and Large Customers in the global markets
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, open doors, evaluate and qualify opportunities
- Collaborating with company leadership to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Co-ordinate with technical leadership to create differentiating solutions and innovative commercial models
- Identify partnerships to leverage competencies and assist in indirect selling
- Sending follow-ups on daily basis and maintaining Lead sheet.
- Ability to create sales proposals and slide decks, independently handle sales presentations to prospects
- Secondary market research activities and identifying the target audiences
- Hands on experience on LinkedIn, and any other important social platforms
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a business development Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
