Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Strategy: Lead the overall operations strategy for Greenfuel Energy Solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and implementing best practices across QA, operations, supply chain, and production functions.

- Quality Assurance (QA): Oversee and continuously improve QA processes, ensuring products meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

- Operations & Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient operational processes to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity across all departments.

- Supply Chain Management: Lead end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and components.

- Production Oversight: Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely production, product consistency, and alignment with demand forecasts.

- Team Development: Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, ensuring proper training, development, and performance management.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the seamless integration of operations with the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech (Engineering)

- Experience: 20+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in the auto components industry.
