Key Responsibilities:
1. GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and lead end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches and market expansions.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to define market positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align GTM goals and execution plans.
- Create region-specific GTM roadmaps for India and international markets, if applicable.
2. Marketing Leadership:
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns using print, radio, OOH, PR, trade shows, and other offline channels.
- Build and manage media planning and buying strategies.
- Develop communication strategies that resonate with industrial clients, OEMs, fleet operators, and government stakeholders.
- Partner with PR agencies to manage brand reputation and industry visibility.
3. Branding & Messaging:
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Create marketing collateral, brochures, case studies, and customer stories that support the sales funnel.
4. Analytics & Optimization:
- Track marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, brand awareness, campaign ROI, and conversion rates.
- Analyse data to optimize future campaigns and strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 20+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of industrial customer behavior and offline marketing channels.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and R&D.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in clean tech or alternate fuel industries.
- Familiarity with government policies, tenders, and industry certifications.
- Ability to manage external vendors and agency relationships effectively
