We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations, production, and demand planning functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the F&B industry, with a strong background in managing operations, plant production, and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Oversee and optimize operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and supply chain management.

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

- Demand Planning: Develop and implement demand planning strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management.

- Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize the supply chain, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, implementing quality control measures and monitoring production processes.

- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of operations, production, and demand planning professionals.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

- Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- 7+ years of experience in the F&B industry, with a strong background in operations, production, and demand planning.

- Strong knowledge of operations management, production planning, and demand planning.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions.
