- Lead and manage the regional sales and support team (acting as a profit center) for the NCR and North region, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
- Market Development & New Business Generation: Deeply understand the dynamics and opportunities within key vertical markets (Manufacturing, Logistics & Retail, Healthcare, BFSI) in the region.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to penetrate these markets and generate significant new business opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises.
- Customer Education & Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to customer accounts, educating them on new products, emerging technologies, and the value proposition of our barcode, RFID/IoT systems, and software solutions.
- Provide consultative solutions for large and complex projects, understanding customer pain points and tailoring our offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Executive Engagement & Value Proposition: Engage with CXO-level executives to present compelling value propositions and business cases that align with their strategic objectives.
- Effectively communicate the ROI and benefits of our solutions to senior leadership.
- Proposal Development & Presentations: Lead the preparation of high-quality business proposals and presentations that clearly articulate our solutions and address specific customer requirements.
- Project Management & Execution: Manage the initiation, implementation, and execution of projects for key accounts, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, support, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Account Management & Growth: Offer product extensions, upgrades, and ongoing service support to existing customers to maximize account value and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Team Alignment & Customer Focus: Align the efforts of the sales and support teams to ensure a unified and seamless customer experience.
- Champion a strong customer-centric approach within the regional team.
- Partner Collaboration: Strategically collaborate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and SI (System Integrator) partners to expand market reach and leverage their expertise.
