Graviti Pharmaceuticals - Head - Operations

Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved service levels.

- Lead S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and capacity planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Operations Management:

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions including inventory management, warehousing, logistics, procurement, and production scheduling.

- Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, inventory turnover, and production cost efficiencies.

Project & Process Improvement:

- Spearhead strategic projects involving automation, IoT, and ERP/digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations.

- Lead process re-engineering efforts to reduce waste, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize vendor and resource management.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple locations, driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and ensure seamless execution of new product launches.

Cost Optimization & Vendor Management:

- Implement cost-reduction strategies across procurement, warehousing, and transportation.

- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to improve service quality and negotiate favorable terms.

Strategic Initiatives & Change Management:

- Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and market expansion.

- Coordinate with various departments to align supply chain operations with broader business strategies.
