Job Summary:
The Group Product Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies for our cardio-diabetic product portfolio. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the cardio-diabetic market, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize market share, profitability, and revenue growth for the cardio-diabetic product portfolio.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the cardio-diabetic sector.
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to guide the development of new products and enhancements to existing ones.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and support to drive product adoption and sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the cardio-diabetic portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and industry partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
