Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily operations across multiple client sites to ensure smooth functioning of GoKhana services.
- Lead, train, and motivate site supervisors and ground staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, food safety norms, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders; address queries, resolve escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor vendor/partner performance and ensure timely supply, quality, and service delivery.
- Track key performance metrics (revenue, wastage, service quality, customer satisfaction) and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvement, and technology adoption at site level.
- Support new client onboarding, cafeteria setup, and expansion activities.
- Conduct regular audits at sites and implement corrective actions for gaps identified.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / MBA (preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in food services, hospitality, or facility management.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools for reporting and monitoring.
