GoKhana - Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Supervise day-to-day operations across all client cafeterias in the Pune cluster.

- Ensure adherence to GoKhana SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across locations.

- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

- Oversee inventory, billing systems, and digital platform integration.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the cluster.

- Conduct regular reviews and feedback meetings with clients.

- Resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Vendor & Staff Coordination:

- Coordinate with food vendors and ensure timely service and delivery.

- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to SLAs.

- Manage GoKhana on-ground staff, including supervisors and field executives.

- Plan rosters, conduct team training, and ensure productivity.

Financial Management:

- Monitor P&L for each location and drive cluster-level profitability.

- Track and report daily sales, revenue, and cost metrics.

- Drive initiatives to increase revenue and reduce operational costs.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Generate operational, financial, and customer satisfaction reports.

- Analyze trends and suggest improvements.

- Provide insights to management for strategic planning.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Graduate / MBA in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or facility management sectors.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent client handling and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with good command over reporting tools.

- Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms and dashboards.

Additional Requirements:

- Willing to travel within the Pune region frequently.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
